Starting from July 1st, 2023, we will be discontinuing the Spin Wheel feature for card transactions specifically.
However, we want to emphasise that the Daily Spin Wheel will continue to remain available. We understand that this feature has become an exciting and engaging part of your GoSats experience, and we want to assure you that it will remain intact.
The decision to remove the Spin Wheel for card transactions was made after careful consideration and analysis of user data:
- We have found that having a flat reward system, where rewards are automatically given to users after making a card transaction, offers greater convenience and simplicity.
- Furthermore, during our compliance research, we discovered that the association of the Spin Wheel with card spends could potentially be seen as gambling, as users can be perceived as spending to win a lottery.
To align with compliance regulations and ensure a smooth user experience, we have decided to discontinue the wheel for card spends.
Please note that from July 1st, 2023 onwards, any card transactions made will automatically receive flat rewards without the need to spin the wheel.
This change aims to streamline the rewards process and provide you with a more seamless and straightforward experience.
