Due to certain unexpected issues from a third-party service provider for the GoSats Bitcoin Rewards Card, we will unfortunately not be able to launch the card today – as we had promised earlier. The issue was communicated to us at the last-minute, and would have drastically impacted the user experience with the card.
Rest assured, we are working closely with the particular third-party service provider to get this issue sorted out at the earliest. We expect to launch the card in the very near future, and will be announcing a new date shortly.
We are extremely sorry that this has happened, and would like to reiterate that this is not the kind of user experience that we would like to provide at GoSats, and will ensure to the best of our abilities that this sort of delays doesn’t occur again. We would also like to especially apologize to everyone who had completed booking and made the payment for the card. We understand that just like everyone here at GoSats, most of you were eager to get your own card and use it at the earliest, and hence, we understand that this apology cannot fully make up for the incovenience, disappointment and frustration that you may feel at this moment.
As a token of apology from our end, we have credited 5000 sats to users who had booked the Intro Card, and 10,000 sats to users who had booked the Elite Card.
Once again, we would like to apologize for the unforeseen delay in launching the card. Thank you for understanding, and we hope to see your continued support in this journey.
